How is this different from Clay, Outreach, or HubSpot Copilot?
Clay is a spreadsheet-shaped enrichment tool; Outreach is a sequence manager; HubSpot Copilot is a sidebar assistant. Salestools GTM is an autonomous agent — it owns the whole workflow from sourcing to follow-up, reasons about each account instead of running fixed templates, and integrates with those tools rather than replacing them.
Which model does it run on?
By default Salestools GTM runs on Nico 2.5 — our GTM foundation model trained on millions of real sales trajectories. You can also route it to Claude, GPT-4, or a self-hosted model. Nico generally wins head-to-head on outbound quality because it's tuned for GTM tasks, not general chat.
Is my prospect and CRM data used to train models?
No. Customer CRM and prospect data is never used to train models. Telemetry for feature quality is aggregate and opt-in. Enterprise deployments run in your VPC with Nico 2.5 self-hosted — zero data leaves your network.
What happens when the agent makes a mistake?
